Job summary

Prominence Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the Courtyard by Marriott Champaign in top condition. You’ll perform routine upkeep across guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to ensure safe, clean, and guest-ready spaces.

The role requires troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, lighting, furniture, and appliances, with attention to safety and brand standards. You’ll work closely with housekeeping and front desk teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations on-site.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily upkeep of rooms, common areas, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot maintenance requests for HVAC, plumbing, lighting, furniture, and appliances.
• Assist with preventive maintenance schedules to prevent failures.
