Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help ensure guest rooms and property equipment are in good repair. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle repairs from work orders, and follow the Green Shield Binder and safety procedures to maintain a pristine property.

You will respond to guest requests, monitor life safety and building systems, and coordinate with outside vendors as directed, while keeping maintenance areas organized and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to understand safety rules and operate maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Basic math and measurement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest-focused maintenance to ensure rooms are in good repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per the Green Shield Binder.
• Respond to guest requests with follow-through.
• Maintain and clean maintenance areas and equipment.
• Assist with outside vendors as directed by management.
• Document inspections and deficiencies in logs.
