Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the Pocono region seeks a Maintenance Tech to perform skilled repairs on building/equipment and maintain guest spaces with minimal disruption. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences behind the scenes.

As a Maintenance Tech, you’ll lead with love, respond quickly to maintenance requests, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences across our resort and convention facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of handyman experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical & HVAC work.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs and maintain resort and condominium rooms including programming TVs, wiring, plumbing, painting, and door/electronic lock systems.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly service at all times.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in excellent condition through inspection and preventive maintenance programs.
