Job summary

JC Hospitality LLC is seeking an on-site maintenance worker to perform general and preventative maintenance across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical systems, and grounds care for the hotel.

You will follow hotel standards, assist with testing life-safety systems, manage upkeep tasks, respond to guest needs, and stay on call every other weekend.

This role requires safety awareness, reliability, and the ability to work with basic tools and equipment in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly maintenance log.
• Perform preventative maintenance and attend to in-room maintenance.
