Job summary

KPM Property Management, LLC is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to connect prospective residents with ideal homes and deliver a smooth leasing experience. You will be the primary contact from inquiry to lease signing, guiding prospects through the rental process with excellent communication and attention to detail.

This on-site role prioritizes customer service, occupancy, and community promotion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, leasing, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and following up persistently.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone and email presence.
• Basic computer skills (email, calendars, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings during peak leasing season.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective tenants with information about properties and features.
• Schedule and conduct property tours, highlight benefits of leasing with KPM.
• Process rental applications, screen applicants, and assist with lease prep.
• Maintain records of prospective tenant interactions and follow up to close deals.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate move-ins and lease renewals.
• Promote community events and leasing promotions to residents and prospects.
• Walk vacant units for market-ready condition and note issues for maintenance.
