Job summary

Gastamo Group is seeking a Training Manager who will own the accuracy, quality, and innovation of training content across onboarding and ongoing development. You’ll ensure Opus and in-restaurant materials stay current with every rollout, menu change, and process update, leveraging various formats from videos to live coaching.

You’ll lead content strategy for hourly staff across all brands, build trainer-ready resources, partner with operations leaders, and continuously evolve learning with AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, with training/content development preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in relevant field preferred.
• Strong ability to translate operations into practical, on-brand training content.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning content for onboarding and hourly training across all roles.
• Build Train the Trainer content and tools for managers and trainers.
• Partner with GMs and Directors of Operations to incorporate field feedback.
• Communicate content status, rollout timelines, and remediation steps.
• Track completion and effectiveness, proposing fixes where gaps exist.
