Job summary

Tishman Speyer is seeking a Regional General Manager to provide leadership for our New York portfolio, including Property Management and Experience teams. The role covers 7.2 million square feet with a focus on delivering high‑quality service, strengthening tenant relationships, and optimizing asset performance for investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Architecture/Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years property management experience with portfolio oversight.
• Strong Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to travel between floors and buildings to communicate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PM team to provide best-in-class, customer-focused environment across the Rockefeller Center portfolio.
• Lead asset strategy and present to internal stakeholders and partners.
• Mentor and develop the PM team as part of talent development for future growth.
• Implement hospitality initiatives to advance the Tishman Speyer brand and service culture for customers and PM team members.
• Oversee the ZO amenities platform and programming.
• Foster and maintain key customer relations to increase retention.
• Oversee the training curriculum to ensure hospitality standards and initiatives are achieved.
• Implement, track and achieve set service KPIs that create elevated customer experiences.
