This immersive 12-month program blends classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship, preparing you to lead with confidence in hospitality.

You will start in an Assistant Manager role with development tracks in Operations or Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or graduating senior (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Hospitality Management).
• Starting Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually - depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Pyramid's Leadership Development Program (LDP).
• You will be placed in an Assistant Manager role from day one with tailored development tracks in Operations or Food & Beverage.
• Gain exposure to multiple departments and senior leadership to strengthen leadership and business acumen.
