Auberge Collection invites rising hospitality graduates to join its Management Development Program (MDP), a 12-month on-property paid training that blends hands-on work with professional development. The program offers two phases: Phase 1 Mastering Service & Department Knowledge and Phase 2 Management Essentials, Leadership & Soft Skills Development.

Participants rotate through Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Rooms, with potential placement in a management role upon completion, and relocation

Qualifications

• Student or graduate from accredited hospitality school in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate and learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-property rotations across departments.
• Complete the two-phase development plan (Phase 1 & Phase 2).
• Assist managers and team members as needed.
• Attend Monthly MDP meetups and mentorship sessions.
