Overview

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 12‑month immersive program designed to jump‑start a career in hotel management. Participants start as Assistant Managers and receive classroom learning, on‑the‑job training, and mentorship across key hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall hotel operations and support the Assistant Manager role from day one.
• Participate in monthly cross‑functional meetings covering Business Development, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Rooms Division Leadership, and Human Resources.
• Attend company‑wide training sessions focused on leadership, supervisory skills, and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement taskforce management initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or graduating senior with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• High‑level critical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality and leadership.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship will not be provided.

Work Environment

• Fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment with indoor/outdoor duties (e.g., valet, pool, banquets).
• Frequent interaction with guests, team members, and vendors.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, food preparation areas, or laundry operations.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, early mornings, late nights, and on‑call shifts during peak seasons/events.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25–50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and operating equipment such as POS systems and housekeeping carts.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
