Job summary

Mina Group is seeking a detail-oriented hospitality leader to mentor in the dining room and guide the front of house teams across multiple Mina Group restaurants. You will support openings, manage transitions, and collaborate with general managers to uphold the standards of a 2-star Michelin establishment.

You are responsible for service, guest recovery, inventory, and staff development, while travel to various Mina Group locations is extensive.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
• Hospitality degree preferred
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols
• Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds
• Have the stamina to work in excess of 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist with management coverage at restaurants during shortages.
• Coordinate, supervise, train, and assist in all operational areas during openings and transitions.
• Lead front of house operations and guest experience improvements.
• Support openings and relocations as needed.
