Job summary

The MINA Group in the San Francisco area is seeking a hands‑on culinary leader to mentor in the kitchen, oversee operations across owned and RMA properties, and collaborate with the executive chef and corporate teams to elevate guest experiences.

This role requires residency in a local market where Mina Group restaurants exist and may involve relocation; extensive travel is part of the position, with per diems and travel policy managed by HR.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a fine dining high‑volume kitchen with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience leading culinary operations across multiple outlets.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with culinary leadership coverage across Mina Group restaurants.
• Coordinate, supervise, train, and assist in all operational areas during openings and in existing locations.
• Work with executive chef and corporate teams to drive restaurant success.
