Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel offers a Management Development Programme for recent graduates seeking a career in hospitality, entertainment, and gaming.

The Hospitality Management Associate rotates through Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Marketing, HR, Finance, Events, and more for broad business exposure. The program combines hands-on experience, leadership coaching, and a development curriculum to prepare you for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.
Flexible working schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Must be open to relocation based on future open positions with the organisation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming licence as determined by theState Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

Complete the Live! Leadership Development Curriculum with departmental rotations.
Participate in rotational assignments across multiple hospitality and operational departments, gaining a broad understanding of property operations and guest service excellence.
Commit to the successful completion of all phases of the Management Development Program to be considered for future leadership opportunities within the company.
Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a variety of business environments.
Build strong relationships with team members and leaders across the organisation to support operational success and professional development.
As a 24/7 operation, work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts depending on rotational assignments.
Master and uphold the Live! 5 Service Standards to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Support operational initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and business performance.
Foster memorable, personalised experiences that create lasting impressions for guests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
