Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is launching a Management Development Program for recent graduates seeking a career in gaming, hospitality, and entertainment. Associates will rotate through casino operations and supporting functions, gaining hands-on experience and leadership coaching.

The program emphasizes exposure to departments such as table games, marketing, finance, HR, hotel operations, and entertainment, with a path toward future management roles within Live! Casino & Hotel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, casino mgmt, or related field.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Open to relocation for future positions.
• Must obtain/maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all phases of the Management Development Program.
• Participate in rotational assignments across casino ops, marketing, hotel, and F&B.
• Gain knowledge of casino operations, procedures, and guest standards.
• Finish Leadership Curriculum with departmental rotations.
• Develop understanding of key business metrics and revenue drivers.
• Build strong cross-department relationships.
• Work a flexible, 24/7 schedule as rotations require.
• Uphold Live! 5 Service Standards in daily work.
