This role offers exposure to casino operations, guest services, marketing, finance, and hotel operations while rotating through key departments to build broad business acumen. You will work alongside leaders and staff in a 24/7 environment, gaining hands-on experience, leadership coaching, and professional growth toward future executive opportunities within Live!

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, casino mgmt, or related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to relocate for future positions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Proven leadership potential and guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotation through casino operations, marketing, hotel operations, and support functions.
• Participate in rotational assignments across departments.
• Develop understanding of gaming procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with frontline team members and leaders at all levels.
• Support initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operations.
• Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Build cross-functional relationships across departments.
