Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking graduates for its Management Development Program (MDP) to launch careers in hospitality, gaming, and entertainment. You will rotate through casino operations, hotel, guest services, F&B, marketing, finance, and human resources while receiving mentorship and leadership training.

The program blends hands-on experience with education to develop future leaders who can drive guest experiences and business results in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Gaming Management, Tourism Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; relocation possible for future openings.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete all phases of the Management Development Program to qualify for future leadership roles.
• Participate in rotational assignments across hospitality, gaming, and support departments to learn property operations.
• Learn key operational functions of casino gaming, hotel operations, guest services, F&B, entertainment, and player engagement.
• Complete the Live! Leadership Development Curriculum alongside departmental rotations.
• Develop understanding of performance metrics, financial results, guest satisfaction, and revenue strategies.
• Collaborate with leaders across the property to support business objectives and guest experiences.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
