Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is offering an Management Development Program for recent graduates seeking leadership in hospitality and gaming.
You will rotate through casino operations, hotel services, and support functions while gaining exposure to guest experience, finance, and entertainment. The program combines hands-on work, mentorship, and business education to prepare high-potential individuals for management roles in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or preferred.
- Willingness to relocate for future openings.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership and customer-service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Complete rotational assignments across hospitality, gaming, and support departments.
- Learn operational functions of casino, hotel, food & beverage and entertainment.
- Participate in the Live Leadership Development Curriculum.
- Understand performance metrics and revenue strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders and teams to meet business goals.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability across shifts.
