Burgerville LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold food quality, and coach Shift Leads and Crew Members. You will partner with the General Manager to drive results and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, hospitality, and team performance.
• Lead the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.
• Coach, train, and develop Shift Leads and Crew Members.
• Help drive sales, labor, food cost, and operational results.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift execution.
• Support local marketing initiatives, community events, and restaurant growth.
• Build a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.
