Job summary

Burgerville LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in partnership with the General Manager, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, quality food, and a collaborative team culture.

This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, staffing, and supporting community engagement while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and service. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, hospitality, and team performance.
• Lead the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.
• Coach, train, and develop Shift Leads and Crew Members.
• Help drive sales, labor, food cost, and operational results.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift execution.
• Support local marketing initiatives, community events, and restaurant growth.
• Build a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.
