Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a host for guests in dining rooms and at events.
• Creating a warm, attentive atmosphere and calm dining room environment.
• Maintaining high performance and behavioral standards for the team.
• Overseeing setup and appearance of dining rooms to look upscale and professional.
• Supervising closing tasks and ensuring cleanliness of dining areas and kitchen prep spaces.
• Tracking inventory and coordinating supplies for meals and events.
• Providing training and orientation to new servers and ongoing staff development.
• Leading catering coordination for events, including setup, staffing, and service flow.
• Delivering exceptional guest service and communicating dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
