Job summary

Camp Lurecrest Ministries in Lake Lure, NC is seeking a Hospitality Director for the summer season to ensure a great guest experience through cleanliness, presentation, and orderliness. You will ready lodging and rooms on campus for incoming guests.

The role requires at least one year out of high school and a willingness to serve campers, maintain records, and coordinate with staff to keep cabins and common areas welcoming and safe during the May 24 to August 15 period.

Job description

Requirements

• At least one year out of high school
• Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day
• Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook
• Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training

Program staff will operate under the camp guidelines for safety. By living, eating, and serving on-site, staff will model the values of CLM, as outlined in the Summer Staff Handbook and contract both on and off the job
