Job summary

Camp Lurecrest Ministries is seeking a Program Lead to plan and deliver all programmatic elements, events, and activities for the summer. You will coordinate with the Camp Director to ensure engaging, safe experiences for campers and staff across daily activities and special events.

The role requires at least two years out of high school, a minimum age of 18, and the ability to work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles daily. Seasonal position from May 24, 2026 to August 15, 2026.

• Ability to lead staff in weekly meetings.
• Ability to lead campers in chapel each morning and evening.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, email experience required.
• Able to complete job tasks while being attentive to camper experience and overall safety.
• Respond with grace in high-stress situations.
• Willing to teach and invest in campers.

• Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day
• Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook
• Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training

Program staff will operate under the camp guidelines for safety. By living, eating, and serving on-site, staff will model the values of CLM, as outlined in the Summer Staff Handbook and contract both on and off the job.
