Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Hospitality Lead to connect deeply with individuals, guide them through their options, address concerns, and help them take the next steps—while supporting the team as needed.

You’ll educate customers about our offerings, help them feel comfortable and supported as they begin their journey, and be adaptable to step in for other roles when necessary. We offer training, growth, and competitive pay with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

What You Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic math skills
• Minimum of 3 years of full‑time experience preferably in leadership
• Experience in roles like orthopedic, dental or vision offices, caregiver for children with disabilities (e.g., autism, muscular dystrophy), professional tutoring, personal coaching, or high‑end restaurant service
