Serenity Mental Health Centers in Colorado Springs is seeking a Hospitality Lead to connect with individuals, guide them through their options, address concerns, and help them take the next steps in their journey, while also supporting the team as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic math skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time leadership experience.
