Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales and 3+ years in customer service, with leadership experience a plus. This role offers training and growth in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus.
