Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to elevate training across Food & Beverage and hospitality teams. You will lead the learning strategy, manage our LMS, and build digital content to engage frontline staff and managers.

You will use data to measure training impact, explore AI-enabled solutions, and partner with HR and Operations to close performance gaps. A passion for developing people is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience in hospitality, with emphasis on leadership development and operational excellence.
• Experience with Food & Beverage/hospitality operations and frontline staff.
• Proficiency with LMS, digital learning, and instructional design; ability to create engaging training.
