Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly non-food inventory counts and biweekly beverage inventory counts.
• Drive beverage production on a set schedule and keep an up-to-date inventory.
• Manage dishwasher staff scheduling and proactively address coverage gaps.
• Prepare recipe packets and competition scorecards weekly for events.
