Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members in Stamford to help bring menu items from top chefs to life with an inviting guest experience. The role offers part-time and full-time hours, with overnight shifts carrying a $2.00 per hour premium.

Expect fast-paced work, opportunities to grow into Trainer or Supervisor roles, and a supportive team environment. You’ll handle food prep, hospitality duties, and basic marketing tasks while maintaining HACCP-compliant practices and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: Prepare menu items to Wonder standards while keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: Greet guests warmly and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Participate in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement, etc.).
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best: Maintain top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
