Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Darien, CT. You will prepare menu items to Wonder standards and deliver exceptional hospitality, while maintaining clean stations and following food-safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and ensure orders are correct before they go out.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
