Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members to prepare meals to our standards and deliver welcoming hospitality. You will handle orders, assist with payments, and help with meal-kit operations in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a $16.50 hourly rate with a $2.00 overnight premium for eligible hours, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, and 401(k). Growth into Trainer/Supervisor roles is available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Create amazing food and prepare menu items to Wonder standards.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines for temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans and ensure accurate portions.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with orders, pickups and payments.
• Share knowledge of concepts and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and keep stations clean.
• Be a key part of the team and support teammates as needed.
