Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Team Member in West Hartford to help bring world-class meals to guests. You will prepare items to Wonder standards, maintain clean stations, and ensure orders are accurate while delivering friendly, high-energy service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with pay advantages for overnight hours and certifications, plus benefits like health insurance and 401(k). This role supports growth into Trainer or Supervisor positions as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and clear verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines and proper temps/storage.
• Manage inventory scans, portion accuracy, and ensure correct orders.
• Greet guests, assist with orders/payments/app, and support meal-kit/delivery operations.
• Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas and restock as needed.
• Support teammates and work in a positive, energetic environment.
