Qualifications

• Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• Experience in Hospitality IT Operations or Infrastructure preferred.
• Knowledge of on-property hospitality tech and hotel networking environments.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and design new solutions or improvements, often using data modeling.
• Create detailed technical specifications for partners to assist with new systems or features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and the IT team to implement solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications for better performance and efficiency.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including servers, operating systems, and network components.
• Monitor network and server performance, reviewing system logs to ensure integrity, availability, and optimal performance.
• Document system configurations, policies, and procedures for technical and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the organization's IT assets, including servers, network hardware, and end user technology needs.
• Assist with Operational policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring timely support.
• Liaise with the Director of Cyber Security to define business needs and promote a strong security posture.
• Assist with Application needs and field support as needed.
