Job summary

Encore in Indianapolis is seeking an IT and Network Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of venue technology, ensure reliable services, and deliver outstanding customer support.

Reporting to the local venue Director with IS management, you will lead technical sales of Internet services, maintain network readiness, coordinate event setups, and train local staff to uphold service standards across on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in hospitality tech roles are required.
• 3+ years of field experience in internet services support.
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of IT, network and client services at the location.
• Lead technical sales of Internet services and related products with pre-sales support.
• Maintain network readiness, document layouts, and coordinate configurations.
• Plan and execute event support, user training, and post-event reporting.
