Job summary

Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking an IT leader to safeguard and optimize the digital landscape for guests and team members in Santa Fe. You will steer IT security, network infrastructure, and critical systems while guiding projects to timely, budget-conscious completions across the property.

You will provide end-user support, train staff on IT best practices, and collaborate with department heads to implement solutions that boost guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Many years of IT experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities for cross‑department collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to guests and staff and educate users on IT systems.
• Implement IT security policies to protect data and systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead IT projects from planning to evaluation within time and budget constraints.
• Assist department heads with technology solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee IT infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware, software) and inventory.
• Maintain backups, perform cybersecurity audits, and manage contracts with providers.
• Coordinate WiFi/LAN as needed and provide on‑call support for operational continuity.
