Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Manager for onboard operations to manage stock levels, procurement, and supplier relations. You will implement controls, conduct audits, and optimize turnover across multiple shipboard departments.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with ERP and Excel, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a maritime hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably in hospitality, retail, or maritime.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis, trend identification, and actionable insights.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and control.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels for consumables and non-consumables onboard across departments.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and systems.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify stock levels and reconcile records.
• Coordinate with onboard departments to forecast demand and set par levels and reorder points.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate contracts, place orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Analyze inventory data to optimize levels, reduce waste, and minimize stockouts.
• Monitor turnover, aging, and obsolete stock; minimize excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
