Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking Hospitality Interns to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. These paid internships can be completed for academic credit and offer real-world learning opportunities in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding of team members at the venue
• Coordinate team member scheduling on event days and track associate attendance
• Support team member check-in on event days
• Perform end-of-event tasks, including the closing of stands and retail transaction reports

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift
• Will bend, twist, crouch, push, pull, grasp items, and climb stairs throughout the shift
