Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Detroit, MI is seeking a Marketing Content Intern to support our experiential marketing and digital content efforts at Little Caesars Arena. This paid internship offers academic credit options and hands-on learning in a global hospitality and entertainment company.

You'll create dynamic media, assist with promotion of assigned locations, manage social media channels, and help analyze performance, while gaining exposure to client communication and event campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or PR preferred.
• Experience with social media site management on a non-personal level preferred.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic new media content to enhance guest experiences and develop business relations.
• Assist with the promotion of all assigned locations.
• Maintain open communication with clients, guests, media, and vendors.
• Manage assigned marketing channels including creating social media posts.
• Investigate and solve service complaints about various communication platforms.
• Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to analytics of social media accounts.

• Working towards or have a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or PR preferred.
