Job summary

DyeLot Interiors is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage procurement logistics, expediting, payment requests, and vendor follow-ups for hospitality-focused interior design projects. You will work alongside the Project Manager and report to the Project Director, ensuring orders stay on schedule across multiple active projects.

The role demands meticulous data handling, proactive follow-ups, and strong Excel skills, in a fast-moving studio environment where ownership matters.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or a related administrative role — interior design or FF&E experience is a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable updating detailed tracking logs and comparison spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive follow-up instinct.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain up-to-date expediting sheets for all active projects and log PO data in real time.
• Follow up with vendors to confirm order statuses and obtain tracking information.
• Prepare and submit payment requests, ensuring invoices match approved POs and attached documentation.
• Solicit quotes (RFQ) for FF&E items and compile comparisons for review.
• Provide general project support: data entry, filing, specifications, meeting notes, and logistics support.
