Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel is seeking an HR Trainer to deliver engaging training, manage LMS activities, and support compliance programs across properties. You will help employees develop skills for success while coordinating training logistics and new hire orientation.

Experience is helpful but not required; the ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and strong in communication. This full-time, year-round role offers growth and a hospitality-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting information to large groups and engaging diverse audiences.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and ability to comply with vehicle policy.
• TIPS (Alcohol Service) certification within 3 months.
• ServSafe (Food Safety) certification within 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging training programs and manage learning activities in the LMS.
• Support compliance training and coordinate training logistics.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation and roll out L3 LMS initiatives.
• Coordinate safety trainings and food-handler programs across properties.
• Support employee events and HR-related functions as needed.
