Job summary

LM Restaurants in Raleigh, NC is seeking an HR Business Partner to build great teams, develop leaders, and drive an engaging culture across approximately 1,000 team members.

You'll recruit, source, and coach restaurant leaders, partner with district and general managers, and lead HR initiatives to improve performance and retention. Travel to field locations is required, with occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit environments.
• Current HRCI or SHRM Certification.
• Strong recruiting and talent sourcing experience beyond screening.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and coaching leaders.
• Natural consultant who builds trust with leaders while challenging them when needed.
• Empathy with accountability and strong communication skills.
• Project management skills and ability to run multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and recruit great talent through networking, referrals, direct sourcing, social media, and other approaches.
• Build relationships with candidates before openings and understand needs of District/General Managers.
• Partner with leaders across your area to find the right people and adapt strategies as needed.
• Investigate employee relations concerns and guide leaders on next steps.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations, performance issues, and accountability.
