Job summary

Omni Las Colinas is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to support all HR functions, including training, employee relations, development programs and recruitment, in line with Omni standards and local laws.

You will step in for the Director when needed, manage onboarding and stay interviews, oversee Dayforce reporting, visa compliance, and partner with management to engage and retain associates in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of HR management experience, preferably on-site.
• Bilingual highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Proficiency in HR principles and handling sensitive associate matters, Dayforce experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Director, assumes role and responsibilities for the HR Department.
• Assist with recruitment: pre-screening, interviewing, posting positions, maintaining listings.
• Generate and analyze complex Dayforce reports and queries.
• Oversee engagement tracking and LMS system for the property.
• Maintain onboarding and stay interview processes to boost associate experience and retention.
• Ensure visa program documentation and reporting compliance.
• Document associate issues timely and follow disciplinary procedures.
• Support internship program and department communications.
