Omni Interlocken Resort in Colorado is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead all aspects of human capital management, culture, and compliance. The role guides recruitment, development, retention, and employee relations while aligning HR strategy with Omni's goals.

The position requires four or more years as an HR Director or in a similar role in hospitality; a bachelor’s degree is preferred; PHR is a plus. The resort offers competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Formación

• Four+ years of experience as an HR Director or in a similar role within the hotel/resort industry.
• Extensive knowledge in Employee Relations and government investigations.
• Proven leadership, development, and cross-department collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered; PHR preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Reinforce Omni culture by attending pre-shifts and meetings across property.
• Engage with associates through frequent on-site interactions and events.
• Plan and execute associate events and engage in engagement surveys.
• Ensure compliant HR processes, records management and policy administration.
• Oversee recruitment planning and coordinate on-property job fairs.
