The Inn at Perry Cabin, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support daily HR operations at our luxury Maryland property. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, records maintenance, and HR compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our Service, Teamwork, and Respect pillars.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or equivalent) a plus.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate and support all recruiting activities for The Inn at Perry Cabin.
Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Post and manage job openings on recruiting platforms and company channels.
Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain communications with candidates.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
