Job summary

Level99 Entertainment seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage a wide range of people operations across multiple venues. You will handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration in a hands-on role.

You will work closely with management, navigate employment laws, and help scale our growing team while promoting a positive, inclusive work environment. Occasional travel to venues may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with recruitment, including active sourcing.
• Experience with employee relations, investigation techniques, and performance management.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members as an ambassador of Level99.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies ensuring compliance with laws.
• Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and update policies accordingly.
• Support performance management processes including goal-setting and reviews.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
• Assist in payroll processes and benefits administration using UKG.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and inspire others.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
