Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Human Resources for The Bostonian in Boston, MA. This onsite role leads all HR functions in a unionized hotel, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and labor relations with CBAs, ensuring alignment to operational goals and guest service excellence.

You will partner with hotel leadership to shape workforce planning, performance management, and development while promoting a positive workplace culture and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership.
• Required: Demonstrated experience managing human resources and labor relations in a unionized environment.
• Required: Strong working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, grievance procedures, contract administration, disciplinary processes, and labor–management relations.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR strategy development and execution aligned with hotel business objectives.
• Oversee HR operations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, training, and employee engagement.
• Manage employee relations and labor relations in a unionized hotel environment, including interpretation of CBAs and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, Massachusetts, and local employment laws; oversee I-9, wage/hour compliance, and reporting.
• Partner with hotel leadership to drive workforce planning, budgeting, and performance management.
• Coach managers on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
