Marcus Hotels & Resorts, the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace property, seeks a Human Resources Assistant to support the Director of Human Resources with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HR or hospitality, proficiency with MS Office and HRIS, strong organization and communication, and a team-oriented approach. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in administrative, customer service, hospitality, or HR experience.
• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an HR resource for associates, applicants, and managers with excellent service.
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, training, and meetings.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions.
• Maintain HRIS records and confidential files.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment.
