Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Oakley is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team at our property. You will implement best‑in‑class hospitality practices and support guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. This position offers opportunities for professional development and advancement within the hotel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift and/or pull 20 pounds.
• Strong English language skills.
• CPR and first aid training, preferred.
• Additional language ability, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Run reports, update room status and manage cleaning priorities.
• Assist management with daily activities.
• Coordinate efforts of housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Desk.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
