You will support guest experience through clear communication, accurate room-status management, and coordination of room-related requests, contributing to a collaborative, service‑oriented culture at a premier destination hotel in New Orleans.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative assistant experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced or customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Word and Excel; able to manage reports and data.
• Familiarity with staff scheduling or coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a vital link between Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering to ensure rooms are prepared efficiently.
• Communicate effectively, track room status, and coordinate room-related requests and services.
• Support guest experience through accurate operations and proactive problem-solving in a high-volume hotel setting.
