The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a polished appearance and friendliness. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Genuine love for hospitality and desire to create unforgettable experiences.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Team spirit and clear communication.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm from the first interaction.
• Assist with seating guests and guiding them to tables; take and deliver orders.
• Run food, carryout orders, clear dishes, pre-buss tables and support service flow.
• Reset tables and bar tops quickly to ensure a smooth shift.
• Restock, light cleaning, and attention to small details that improve the guest experience.
