COLD BEERS & CHEESEBURGERS - PARK WEST is seeking a friendly Host to warmly welcome guests and ensure smooth seating and dining flow. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate with servers to optimize table turnover in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain cleanliness, learn the menu and allergen details, and handle basic cashiering duties. Must be sixteen or older with reliable availability, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of menu items and allergens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Manage waiting list and seating to maximize capacity.
• Keep entrance clean and presentable for guests.
• Communicate wait times and updates to guests.
• Assist in reservations and escort guests to tables.
